Outlet shopping is always a good way to kill time. Went to Bicester Village when Frederick was having an exam in London in 2006. Not even close to any US outlet in size but got a few pairs of nice Tod's and a Mulberry bag. Churches is always at 30% off there. Styles exactly the same as normal retail store.
